A Member is anyone with a foster or adopted child

An Affiliated Member is anyone that has a close family member that has a foster or foster/adopt child. Such as a family who has a parent that did or does foster care or has a sibling that was a foster/adopt 

Unaffiliated or Supporting Member is anyone with no direct connection but wants to be a part of our group is welcome too.
