School Supplies pickup

There is a signup time for those wanting to shop for school supplies.  If you are not needing supplies or if you have requested the school supplies to be prepacked come as you wish no sign up is necessary.

 

1. If you requested prepacked supplies you have until tomorrow, August 10th 5:00 PM to send a list of supplies being requested.

 

2. Read through the list prior to arrival.

 

3. Before arriving on Thursday please do an inventory of home supplies.  Let's take this opportunity to teach our youth that you can reuse items such as scissors, colored pencils, binders that still have some wear in them or school boxes.

 

4.  We will have limits on some of the items, we do not have scotch tape, limited on ziploc bags, etc 

 

5. If an item is not on the student's list then it is not available to take as it may be needed for another student (water colors, post it notes, etc) 

 

6.  We generally do not have the parents accompany the youth - giving the students the opportunity to make their decisions about supplies so please if possible make a hard copy of the supply list especially if you have multiple students.  do not rely on your cell phone.

 

7.  If you have a high school student there are no supply lists if possible bring the students schedule.  We also leave the supplies up for a week after school starts so if items are needed that were not picked up we can accommodate them.

 

8.  We have a large assortment of backpacks to choose from so allow time for your student to pick the right one
